All JMGO warranties are automatically kept track of in our system, so there is no need to register your product. This page is for you to reach out to us when you have issues with your product or to quickly help resolve any other issue you’re experiencing. We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your JMGO purchase may have caused.
Please note this page is regarding purchases made through this website or the JMGO store on Amazon. For purchases made through JMGO’s authorized resellers, please contact them directly.
All products purchased from JMGO come with a hassle-free warranty. You can find the precise warranty period of your product on the literature inside its box or or on this chart. You can also verify the warranty period with our customer service team in the body of your message.
If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via the feedback form below and let us know what we can do to help you. It may save you time to first troubleshoot issues by going to our FAQ page or looking at Instruction Manuals before filing a warranty claim.

Warranty Information Tips
1. Warranty Period
JMGO projectors come with a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date the order is placed.
This warranty policy is implemented in compliance with the applicable local laws and regulations in the place of purchase. If local laws grant consumers a longer warranty period or broader coverage (e.g., a statutory 2-year warranty in certain regions), the local regulations will prevail, and JMGO will fulfill the corresponding legal obligations.
If the product was purchased from an authorized JMGO distributor, retailer, or e-commerce partner, customers are advised to first contact the original purchase channel for warranty support. If the channel is unable to assist, customers may contact the JMGO official after-sales team, who will help verify the order and proceed with the warranty process.
(If promotional events, extended warranties, or product pages specify otherwise, those terms shall apply.)
2. Warranty Coverage
JMGO provides free warranty services for the following situations:
Quality issues or performance failures occurring during normal use
Genuine products sold by JMGO or its authorized distributors
Upon confirming the quality issue, JMGO will provide one of the following solutions:
Free repair
Replacement with an equivalent certified refurbished unit
If no refurbished units are available, replacement with an equivalent or same-model new unit
Note: Warranty services are limited to the country/region where the product was purchased. Taking the product outside the purchase country may result in warranty invalidation.
3. Required Materials for Warranty Claims
Customers must provide sufficient information to support the warranty claim, including but not limited to:
- Proof of Purchase:
- Order number
- Invoice
- Valid receipt showing product name and price
- Additional payment proof or delivery address proof (if required)
- Product Information and Evidence of the Issue:
- Product serial number
- Photos, videos, or screenshots of the fault or error messages
Troubleshooting information requested by JMGO customer service. If necessary, the product may need to be returned for quality inspection or further diagnostics.
4. Situations Not Covered by Warranty
The following conditions are not eligible for free warranty service:
- No valid proof of purchase
- Purchased from non-official or unauthorized sellers
- Lost, stolen, or out-of-warranty products
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days from purchase)
- Free gifts or promotional giveaways
- Unauthorized disassembly or third-party repairs
- Damage caused by misuse (e.g., drops, liquid intrusion, high temperatures, improper operation)
5.Shipping Fee Policy
In the following situations, customers are responsible for the round-trip or partial shipping costs:
- Non-quality related returns, exchanges, or repairs
- Incorrect shipments or items not eligible for warranty
- Claimed faults where the product is tested and found to be functioning normally
- International shipping (if applicable)
If JMGO provides a prepaid shipping label, JMGO will assume responsibility for any damage during transit. If customers ship the product at their own expense, any transit damage will be at the customer's risk.
6.Out-of-Warranty Support (Paid Services)
If the product is beyond the 1-year warranty period, JMGO still provides support:
- Paid repair services: Replacement parts or repair quotes will be offered
- Paid replacement services: Discounted prices for refurbished or designated replacement units (depending on stock availability)
Customers must still provide:
- Product serial number
- Fault photos/videos
- Proof of purchase (to confirm warranty expiration)
JMGO will evaluate the case and provide repair or replacement quotes. Processing will begin only after the customer confirms the cost.
7.Data & Personal Item Disclaimer
JMGO is not responsible for data loss resulting from repairs or product malfunctions
Do not include personal items or accessories when returning the device; JMGO is not liable for lost items
