For projectors and accessories, typically, we ship items directly from our US, EU, and other local warehouses. We work with various carriers, primarily UPS, DHL, and FedEx. If you encounter any shipping issues with your order, please reach out to the JMGO Customer Service team for assistance.

Please check the shipping status regularly for updates and to ensure you receive your order once it is out for delivery. If you haven’t received the package, please contact JMGO service team for further instructions.

For customers in the US and EU (excluding remote areas), the estimated transit time is approximately 3-7 days. We strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please don’t hesitate to contact the JMGO Customer Service team.

Yes, returns must include all accessories and the original packaging

We provide a 1-year warranty for products in the US and a 2-year warranty for products in the EU.

To register the warranty, you can follow below steps: 1）Please login your account if you need to register your product. The account login can be accessed on the right side of the header, or you can click on 'Warranty Registration' at support service. 2) Register your product with requested details.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to change the email address you used to subscribe. However, you can always subscribe again with a new email address.

If you forget your password, just click ‘Forgot password’ on the ‘Login’ page. Enter your email, and you will receive a password reset link in your email inbox.
