JMGO N3 Ultimate

First impressions are excellent. The projector looks premium, sturdy, and well-built. The bi-color design gives it a modern appearance, and it feels thoughtfully engineered throughout. It features multiple ventilation openings for passive cooling, along with an active cooling fan that is remarkably quiet. In fact, I have never heard the fan, even during extended gaming sessions or long movie/series marathons.

Thermal performance has also been impressive. I have never experienced overheating, and whenever I've touched the projector during use, heat has been minimal and barely noticeable.

I have a dedicated sound system connected through the projector's 2.1 eARC port, which greatly enhances my experience when streaming content and playing video games. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the built-in speakers. For a small to medium-sized room, they deliver very good sound quality. Many users likely won't need an external speaker system to enjoy movies, TV shows, or gaming audio.

One design feature I particularly appreciate is the placement of the ports on the base of the projector. This allows the unit to be repositioned easily without cables restricting its movement. If you're connecting devices over longer distances, such as a gaming console or soundbar, I recommend using fiber-optic HDMI cables, as they maintain signal integrity better than traditional copper cables over extended runs.

The operating system is fast and responsive. Navigation is smooth, with no noticeable lag, and the projector has been extremely reliable since I purchased it.

The brightness and image quality are outstanding. Even without an ALR (Ambient Light Rejecting) screen, I'm able to comfortably watch content in a well-lit room. As shown in the attached photos, the image remains clear and enjoyable despite significant ambient light. Keep in mind that smartphone photos rarely capture the full detail, color accuracy, contrast, and saturation visible in person. The projected image looks even better in real-world viewing.

The built-in gimbal makes image positioning incredibly easy, and the settings menu is intuitive and user-friendly. Setup and adjustments require very little effort.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with this purchase. It arrived on time, was well-packaged, and I'm even keeping the box in case I decide to transport it in the future.

If I could suggest any improvements, I would like to see an Ethernet port for a wired internet connection. I would also consider a different material for the base. It doesn't look cheap or poorly made, but it does seem to attract and accumulate dust more easily than the rest of the projector.

If you're looking for a reliable projector with top-tier specifications, this is an excellent option. It has exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with it.

I was really sceptical about spending $3800 CAD (including tax) on this projector. In Canada, we only have one source to purchase the JMGO N3 Ultimate, and that was Best Buy Canada. I took a chance and gave it a try since it seemed to tick every box for me, and I really wanted a lifestyle projector because I needed something portable to move to different rooms. Right now, I'm using an 80" projector screen on a tripod and I figured there was no way the N3 Ultimate was going to figure out the screen and focus. Well, I was wrong. It was absolutely astounding to see this projector go to work. On the first try, without having to do any manual adjustments, it started moving around, analyzed the space and the screen, and fit the picture PERFECTLY from edge to edge, including focus. I was absolutely astounded. But even better, the picture quality was incredible, in fact, I've never seen such a clean, bright, sharp image on a projector - and this was my fifth projector. My other projectors were all Epson, and the N3 Ultimate blew away the image quality of my old Epson 4k 3800 Home Cinema. The speakers and sound are also stellar - this was the first time I could actually use built in speakers and not worry about a soundbar. The only disappointment for me was the lack of an aux 3.5mm jack for times when I want to hook it up to my Samsung party speaker for karaoke. However, I got around that issue with a sound splitter from Amazon that allowed me to split the HDMI earc to a 3.5mm jack, and it worked perfectly. Once you dial in the reds on the picture and up the hue slightly, the skin tones looked more natural. I also had to crank up the shadow slider to 15, turn off ai darkness and HDR, and I was better able to see dark movies such as Dune. I set the picture to Movie mode and placed the color temperature to Cool. There are so many options for picture adjustments that you can tweak the settings completely to your liking. In summary, I couldn't be happier with this projector and I would highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a lifestyle projector that not only makes setup painless, but provides amazing picture and sound quality. Almost everything seems to work fine,the issue I notice right away was the delay on Bluetooth transmission to speakers plus using the projector speakers with the Bluetooth speakers sound doesn't sync at all,when watching youtube 3d and getting in to the menu settings it crashed to the point where image froze and show many different things on screen,.I have to unplug the projector from power to make it go back to normal.

I think first of all, the Optical Image Optimization, AI Spatial Image Memory, and Auto Screen Fitting are what should be highlighted. Even though most other projectors have keystone correction, most people notice that it often results in lower image quality and even then, there are limits as to how the image can be adjusted. This projector completely eliminates that problem and it even takes it a step further. By using a combination of a motorized AI Gimbal, Lens Shift, and some clever AI Spatial Image Memory, this projector can automatically point itself at the ideal projecting location and at the same time it is able to preserve the 4k image quality with low loss or even lossless screen fitting and adjustment.

One of my favorite features is this unit's ability to save and store projection positions that can be recalled at any moment. Sometimes I feel a little tired and want to stare at the ceiling. With the click of a button the N3 Ultimate can automatically transition between projection surfaces and create a fantastic image on the ceiling for me. If I want to go back to my fancy projector screen I can click another button and it'll automatically go back to the projector screen position and use AI to get me that lossless image quality. If you want to make manual positioning adjustments you can simply press the gimbal button on your remote and your remote transforms into a magic wand that you can tilt to control where the N3 Ultimate is pointing. No need to get up and adjust manually if you don't want to!

This is without a doubt the most versatile projector I've had the pleasure of using and the automatic cinematic experiences at the click of a button really is the cherry on top. I definitely recommend it for anyone who is looking for a projector for any occasion.

I absolutely love the JMGO N3 Ultimate! The AI gimbal is what truly sold me. It’s incredibly smart, auto-corrects the image perfectly every time, and makes setup effortless no matter where I place it. I’ve never seen anything like it on a projector before.
The image quality is outstanding, sharp, vibrant colors, and excellent contrast even in larger rooms. I’m using it on a 145” matte white screen. And the high lumens make a huge difference. I can actually enjoy bright, clear movies and shows during the day or with some lights on, which is rare for most projectors in this category.
Everything just works beautifully. If you’re looking for a premium, hassle free home theater experience with cutting edge features, this is it. Highly recommended!
