Before I started using this projector, I obviously expected the picture to be big — but I had no idea how big! And more importantly, the image quality is absolutely stunning — easily on par with a high-end (and high-priced) TV. Bright, vivid, crystal-clear. Just amazing!
Maybe I'm still riding the wave of first impressions and I'll notice some flaws later, but right now? I see none.
I tested it both via HDMI from my computer and directly from a USB drive — everything runs smoothly, no lag or stuttering at all. And we're talking massive 70–100 GB 4K video files here.
A very nice touch: even when playing straight from the USB, you can switch audio tracks and subtitles — not something you always get. I also tried streaming 4K videos from YouTube — worked flawlessly. I haven't tested Netflix, Apple TV+, or other streaming services, since I don't have active subscriptions at the moment.
The built-in speakers are decent, but I paired it with my Audioengine HD3 speakers via Bluetooth — zero issues, and no need to run any cables.
One of the coolest things? The way it auto-adjusts the image size and focus depending on the projector's angle and the screen position — it just works, and the result is a razor-sharp, perfectly framed picture. Since I don't have a screen, I projected the image directly onto the wall. It's a light beige color. But as I mentioned earlier, the picture was absolutely stunning. Maybe the quality would be even better on a white or light gray wall — I'm not sure.
Oh, and the cats love it too 😄 (Excuse the messy room and low-quality pics — I'm currently raising three kittens!)

amazing experience both on form factor and system design
It has been five years since I purchased my first home projector, and the improvements are astonishing. Features such as automatic image correction, enhanced brightness, saturation, and an on-machine stand make it incredibly user-friendly. It feels great to use, and although it is made of plastic, it does not feel cheap.

Great Visuals, Real-Life Use!
I’ve been using the JMGO N1S 4K projector for a while, and it’s an impressive device, especially for its $1000 price tag. This portable projector delivers 4K UHD visuals with vibrant 110% BT.2020 colors and a 1600:1 contrast ratio, offering sharp and rich pictures, particularly in darker environments. The 1100 ISO lumens provide decent brightness for casual use, though it shines best in low-light settings.
The 127° gimbal with FlexiSmart 2.0 is a standout feature—auto-alignment, keystone correction, and real-time focus make setup incredibly easy, even without a specialized screen. I projected onto a plain wall, and the results were surprisingly good. The 2 kg weight and sleek white-gray design make it highly portable, perfect for movie nights or gaming on the go. Dolby Audio and DTS-HD sound add a mini-theater feel, though the bass could be stronger.
However, it’s not flawless. Daytime use with dark scenes was challenging. The single HDMI port and absence of AirPlay (only Chromecast support) are minor drawbacks, and the bulky black power brick doesn’t match the projector’s aesthetic and no backlit keys on remote. Still, for the price, it’s a solid choice.

Small and Portable But misses on brightness..
I don't see how this projector is advertised to produce a 200" image that would be of great quality. Post a size of 120" the image on my white wall starts to look washed out, dull in colors, losing sharpness and quality. I continue to put the room into complete dark mode to get is closer to 120" and with some ambient light max one could go would be 90".
Yes but at 90"(ambient light) and 120"(complete dark rooms) the image does look really good. Sharp and crisp with great details and color fidelity.
Albeit, I'm a bit dissapointed with the image size claims and that does leave a lot to be desired for those big screen game evenings with friends in a dim lit room.
